Our Idaho Pasture Pigs are raised on our 100-acre family-owned farm in Longmont, Colorado. They thrive on timothy and alfalfa pastures without antibiotics. With plenty of room to roam, root, and explore, our pigs grow in a natural and stress-free environment. We harvest them at around 10 months of age, ensuring optimal flavor and quality.
Idaho Pasture Pigs are specially bred to graze on grass, producing pork that is naturally well-marbled, full of iron and minerals from the soil, and exceptionally rich, juicy, and flavorful.
*Note: We currently have approximately 1,000 pounds of pork on a first come first served basiss. We are currently expanding our inventory and supply cadence, but will not have additional pork available for harvest until summer of 2026.
